Studio Policies.

All bookings including canceling/rescheduling must be done online through our booking platform Booksy.

As a small business, the success of Maven Esthetics® depends on the mutual respect of time. Please note that ALL policies and procedures will be enforced.

APPOINTMENT HOUSEKEEPING:

  • Canceling an appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in an automatic 100% charge to the card on file.

  • If the card on file is invalid an invoice will be sent and must be paid prior to booking a new appointment.

  • Arriving more than 10 minutes late or a no-show will result in a 100% charge for all services booked.

  • Removing a service from a multi-service appointment will be treated as a same-day cancelation.

    APPOINTMENTS THAT REQUIRE A DEPOSIT:

  • A 20% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book the TIME BLOCK RESERVED for this service. The deposit will go towards your service at checkout if you keep your appointment and follow ALL policy guidelines below.

  • Deposits do not transfer if you reschedule for any reason. EACH TIME YOU RESCHEDULE You will be required to book a new appointment with a new deposit. ALL Deposits will go towards your service at checkout if you keep your appointment and follow ALL policy guidelines.   •  A 48 HR cancellation notice is needed for ALL appointments. If you reschedule outside of the 48 HR notice the deposit forfeits as it pays for the TIME BLOCK RESERVED. If you cancel at any time for any reason, the deposit forfeits.

  •  Deposits are NOT transferrable to other services or persons for any reason.
